Due to new regulations from Europe, it is a requirement that we update and publish our privacy policy.

Web site.

Wozwolf does not use cookies or HTML5 web storage. Wozwolf does not use geolocation or Google analytics. Wozwolf does not use a database.

Email.

No personal information is sent via the Wozwolf contact page except any that you disclose in the "Message:" box.

If you send Wozwolf an email through a normal email program, the only personal information we will have is your email address plus any information you add to the email. This is usually your name, and possibly an address and web site details.

Third party data processors.

Wozwolf holds limited data about you when you order rally tickets through Paypal. This information is held by just a few people who deal with sending the tickets out. It is held on password protected computers, and is never printed out.

Wozwolf does not, and never will, pass on your information to third parties unless it has a legal requirement to do so.

Data retention and your rights.

The policy at Wozwolf is to keep emails for five years.

If you wish to know what personal details Wozwolf has about you, we will be happy to accomodate on provision of suitable evidence of identity.

If you wish to exercise your right to be forgotten, Wozwolf will gladly delete any information, unless it is a legal requirement for Wozwolf to retain it. If the latter, we will inform you of this.
